02What we collect

When you contact us through the website — by form, email, phone or WhatsApp — we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the site secure and working properly.

03How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide and support our services, and — only where you have asked us to — keep you informed about ADSignage products. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and customer account data for the duration of the service relationship plus any period required by law (for example, accounting records).
