01About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the adsignage.co.uk website and the ADSignage digital signage service. By using the website, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription or hardware, you agree to them. If you have any questions, contact us at info@adsignage.co.uk before signing up.
02The service
ADSignage provides cloud-based software for creating, scheduling and publishing content to digital displays, together with optional signage player hardware. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but as with any cloud service we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Screens with an ADSignage player continue playing cached content during connectivity or service interruptions.
03Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
New accounts start with a 14 day free trial; no payment is taken until you choose a plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly, there are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are as published on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
04Hardware
ADSign Players are one-time purchases. One player is required per screen. Hardware comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects; this does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification or connection to unsuitable equipment. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
05Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to display it and that it complies with applicable law — including advertising rules and licensing for any music, video or imagery. We may suspend content or accounts used to display unlawful material.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupting other customers' use of it, or using it to distribute malicious software or unlawful content.
07Intellectual property
The ADSignage software, website, templates and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the software for your own signage during your subscription; it does not transfer ownership.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the service in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business interruption.
09Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Governing law and contact
